• The minimum charge rate will have to correspondingly be per day as the period of 24 hours. In the event of the person returning the vehicle before the expiry of the rental period as reflected in the Hiring/Rental Agreement, the person shall, in his sole discretion, be liable to pay either the listed rate as contained in the person's agreement well as all charges applicable to the period or kilometers actually used, or the rates and charges as if the full rental period of kilometers had occurred;

Fuel is not included in the rate. Each vehicle will leave with a full tank of fuel,  the person shall pay for the refueling thereof on return of the vehicle to pick up location.

Extension of the hire/renting period beyond the originally agreed date of termination must be arranged. Also the Hirer in writing by contacting Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistics. Failure to do so will result in any waiver benefit taken by the hirer no longer being of application.

In the event of the vehicle or any part thereof is damaged or stolen during an unauthorized extended period. The hirer will then become solely liable for the cost of repair of any and all damages to the vehicle of any nature whatsoever. The replacement cost of the vehicle. .

In the event of a breach of any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, or if in the opinion of Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic. The vehicle is being driven or used in a manner which is likely to be prejudicial to Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic. And the Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic shall be entitled to forthwith terminate the rental agreement and to take immediate repossession, of the vehicle without prejudice to any other claims of any nature. Whatsoever that it may have against the hirer and/or driver.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No variation or waiver of any of the conditions hereof, nor any representations, promises, warranties or the like made by Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic. Which are not contained herein, shall be operative against or binding upon Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic. Unless reduced to writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic.

The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising out of this agreement can be referred for legal recourse to the Court of Sierra Leone. For determination even if the amount in dispute is greater than the jurisdictional limit imposed by the Court from time to time.  In addition, and in respect of any such proceedings, the hirer chooses the address on the front of this agreement in the box titled “Local/ international address. "The email provided during booking or reservation shall be used for all forms of electronic mail communication as applicable.

If the hirer is a company or other legal entity, the person signing this agreement must be authorized to do so. By signing, they promise to pay for any obligations the hirer or driver may have. They give up their right to certain legal protections. All parties (signatory, hirer, and driver) are equally responsible for fulfilling these obligations.

If more than one person signs the Rental Agreement, they will all be responsible for paying any money owed to Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic. It doesn't matter what their role was when they signed the Agreement.

Not withstanding any of the other provisions of this agreement, the following are circumstances, which will render the person or the driver personally liable for all or any damages of whatsoever nature, and any waiver benefits taken by the person shall be of no force or effect, with any amounts paid for waiver benefits being utilized as part payment of damages suffered.

The use tobacco products inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. These products, include but not limited to electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) and electronic non-nicotine delivery systems (ENNDS), commonly referred to as e-cigarettes, waterpipe tobacco, cigars, cigarillos, roll-your-own tobacco, pipe tobacco, bidis and kreteks.

Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic:  

• Additionally, not reporting any damage to or the theft of the motor vehicle to Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistics and the Sierra Police Force immediately and accurately;
• furthermore of theft has been  not reporting the exact and true location of the vehicle prior to its theft and not also been able to produce the keys and other accessories, if applicable;
• Allowing an unauthorized driver to drive the rental vehicle;
• Not adhering to all local traffic rules and regulations;
• Also driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
• Criminal or gross negligence on the similarity  hirer/driver’s part;
• Moreover the  accident in which no other vehicle is involved;
• If the vehicle towed or repaired without Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic consent;
• Instead of crossing national borders without Dilehun Vehicle Hire & Logistic written consent;
• Driving on a surface or in conditions, which would damage the vehicle;
• Breaching any of the terms of the rental agreement, these terms and conditions.

• The replacement cost of the vehicle in the event of damage beyond repair or theft shall be the retail price that is specified by the vehicle dealership;
